Blasting a clear point shot into his chest after while Ceci and Kulak were gasping for air and approaching 3 mins on the ice…. What a waste.

Looks like Dallas is going to have a pretty easy path to the finals. Neither team looks great.

Pickard is pitching a shutout right now. It’s looking like he might get a shutout in his first career playoff start. I wonder how many shutouts he has in his career. It would be kind of remarkable if he got a shutout tonight. Shutout.

The worst scenario is happening though. Hintz is hurt, and Tanev left early last game. Pavelski has 1 point, Duchene has 4, and a few of their other players are sputtering. I do think Dallas will win... but some of those guys need to get going.

Looks like the Canucks are totally satisfied with the split in Edmonton.

Silovs has been outstanding tonight, keeping the Nucks in it. It would be nice if his teammates could help him out with a goal or two.

Imagine taunting an opposing goaltender that's absolutely owning your team.
Oiler fans are a special kind of stupid.
EDIT: Well that felt inevitable.

That's game, folks. This series is probably going 7 now. Oilers are now full of swagger thanks to to this complete no show by the Nucks. Goddammit. I was really hoping this would have ended in 5.

Juulsen goes for the hit and gives up the goal. Just stupid hockey.

And just like that, the suspension that shouldn't have been pays off for Edmonton.

That is the problem when you lose a player like Soucy who just plays a smarter game.
If this game gets completely out of hand it is going to turn into a gong show.

Thanks for showing up Canucks.
One scoring chance through 2 periods at the NHL level is really pathetic.
