The way the news has been all over the place, part of me is thinking the Demko returning stuff may be a smoke screen, like the time Giordano took the pregame skate with a torn bicep the day before the trade deadline.

The weird part is it says it's not a character limitation, but a limitation on the amount of messages (so they can't have Go Canucks Go, Go Whitecaps Go, Go Lions Go, etc).

But in that case wouldn't "Go Vancouver Go" still be better than "Go Team Go"
