Jesus did they get it easy. No Bostons to deal with in round one, just two essentially non playoff teams that each had a hot streak to get them in.

Feels like LA learned the wrong lessons from their previous Oilers playoff loses that have made them worse for this matchup. Thought they could beat Edmonton with a tight defensive team when they really needed more skill to create big goals in close games.

LA useless as expected. Hopefully they can at least prolong the series and inflict some damage on the oilers stars before being eliminated , but I don’t have much faith either will happen.

Probably a few holding out hope for the mercy of a compliance buyout.
