Kings dominating the perimeter is what they are doing. Just cycling the perimeter. Not creating many scoring chances.
Somehow the Oilers get the only pp though.

Still waiting for this supposed make up call for the Kings. It's almost like someone from the league had a talk to tonight's officials and told them to ease up on the powerplays for the Oilers. Don't make it look so obvious but just don't give LA any powerplays.
