Paris Hilton out of jail (update: Back in jail!)
Yep, only served three days and has house arrest. The eyes of justice are blind...

No double standard there. "I'm sick so I should be released from jail". Any body else bothered that a drunk driver has just been unleashed on society?
House arrest. Don't make me laugh.

10 bucks says she ends up violating a term of her house arrest.
And another bet on something that we won't be able to prove- she does it intentionally in order to gain more publicity.

WTF? I thought her sentence was already reduced from over a month to 23 days, any now she's out?
I guess she was crying in jail so they felt bad for her.

Oh I bet she'll violate her house arrest too. Probably get snapped by a photographer getting out her car (pantie-less of course), going to a club.
I also bet she'll get another slap on the wrist.
What a joke. Celebrities are truly above the law.

Thats ok. Her punishment for life, is that even after all that plastic surgery she still looks like a homely Ukrainian girl.
You'd figure if you had billions of dollars you could at least get that right. She needs to goto Korea.

Money talks apparently...
Perhaps the warden found a new Caddilac "abandoned" on his driveway...

I was going to make a joke about Martha going pantiless, but then I had a sudden vision and decided no one else should ever get a mental image of that scene. *shudder*

Like you, after treading through all the obvious jokes, I'd simply like to know if she has been treated differently than any other person might have been in similar circumstances.

Well the sentence is back to 40 days instead of the 23 that she was to serve in the clink. But apparently she didn't have the cavity search and such that all other inmates endure on the way in....so I'd say that is not fair. To me that would be worse than the jail time I think!

When I went to the clink to serve my 20 day sentence I had no cavity search and I was also released after 3 days, guess I should be on the cover of all the tabloids...
