The lack of respect Vegas is getting as the defending champs is odd too.
They are going through a bit of a lull right now, but as soon as they dial it up they are going to be just as scary as they were last year and with Mantha and possibly Hanifin coming in as well, they could be even better.

Look at the ‘current cap space’ column. It says $7,383,333.
Sergachev, Seabrook, and Brown are all on LTIR. You can't bank that extra space, so you might as well use it.
