Leaving ~8.2 for stammer and Hanifin. It's not impossible but it will be difficult. Stamkos is definitely going to be taking a hair cut at that.

Does that include the 6.875 coming off on Seabrook after this season?

That's totally impossible for Stamkos and Hanifin.

Not sure how this Markstrom to NJ thing got messed up, but I still think Fitz deserves to be fired for it. A lot of talent on that team, wasting a season from poor management.

Pat and Wes are having a super depressing conversation about Hanifin. They are saying the Flames are having a tough time extracting close to the value they place on Hanifin because of how Hanifin is going about things. This is very similar to what Boomer has been saying for some time about Flames’ fans needing to be prepared to be underwhelmed by the return for Hanifin. I’ve been hoping for Lundell + conditional 26 1st for some time. But I’m gonna start getting ready to feel hurt.

It could have nothing to do with Fitz. Just as likely the calgary side I'd it up. They know, we don't.

Other goalies are available. He effed up the season for his team by sitting on his hands this long.

Hanifin is quickly going into the boo every time he touches the puck territory.

I think there is something to the analytics vs goalie group. That’s been mentioned a few times by a few different folks now

Lundell and a conditional first is setting yourself up for disappointment, I would imagine.

Dissentower mentioned an offer from Tampa that included a 2026 1st + Howard. I know it’s not as much as some people were hoping for (Lundell for example). But I would be fine with this return as long as they get a first round pick. I’m worried that is not even on the table though.
