I just don't get it.
No need at all to waive Ruzicka.
No need at all to keep Oesterle up over DeSimone.
Miscalculations on Conroy's part even if they are minor.

figured someone would give Ruzicka a chance, but wow, I did not expect DeSimone to get picked up. Bummer to lose him while Oesterle is still here.

Yep, I had a feeling Rosie would get claimed as a I predicted. Kid has the size and has seen success in the NHL last season. Just needs to find consistency. Really too bad it didn't work in Calgary... he was given every opportunity.

Oesterle should have been the defenseman sent down. The guy is horrible.
I was pretty much done with Ruzicka but I would have preferred Conroy got something for him than to give him away for free.

As everyone else has said, would've rather lose Oesterle over DeSimone.
But Ruzicka doesn't bother me one bit, has been basically invisible all season

DeSimone might be better than Oesterle, but he's a 29-year old with 5 points in 23 games. I'm sure they'll survive without him.

If Kylington pans out and if Gilbert stays healthy, Oesterle v DeSimone is zero issue.
