Great to hear, nice to have a positive storyline with everything else going on! Hope he looks great out there and signs an extension with the flames/doesn't walk away from the club after this season

Didn’t think he would be nhl ready to well after all star break. Good for him. He must have worked really hard to get into game shape this early

I dont think he's going to be great, but Columbus are garbage and he needs some NHL game speed.
This is pretty much as good as it gets. He's not getting tossed into the deep-end and he's getting NHL minutes.
And frankly it hardly even matters if we win anymore so theres really nothing on the line.

I think he's in shape. I worry about flexibility at NHL speed. Don't want a groin injury out of the gate. I expect 7 minutes maybe.

This is an amazing accomplishment, and some great news this week! I don't even care about what I'm about to say given the season we are having, I think this is the right call, but logistically, he can't possibly be ready yet can he if we were a contending team for example?
