Well considering there's 7 teams fighting for the last 2 spots (or 6 teams fighting for 1 spot if you think the Kings are a lock), I'd still say the Flames playoff hopes are little more than a pipe dream.
Their odds of keeping all their UFAs to land the 16th pick again and watch everyone walk for nothing in the summer... are far higher.

If the Kings are looking for a coach bump they better get on it soon. They could be out of a playoff spot in a few weeks.
