They aren’t doing anything with the Goof-Campbell pairing but their dabs are so used to losing mediocre regular seasons are good enough for them. It’s why the franchise will always be losers.

Because they were not playing OT under any circumstances, they could have been on the 50.

A loss doesn't hurt Detroit they are locked as the #3 seed. They could have moved up with a win but would still need help.

They still had a chance at the #1 seed, just win out and they need to 49ers to lose to the Rams, which is not impossible. And obviously if they get the #2 seed then it's home game second round. It definitely wasn't a nothing on the line decision.
