I recall the Mythbusters having a segment on the plate covers and other camera spoofing techniques and none of them worked.

Speaking of license plates…

Personalized plates are a dicey proposition at the best of times, but Tesla owners are in a class of their own when it comes to insufferable messages affixed to their own ass.

The mall.

Amazon.

The mom and pop Vegas golden knights merch store.

And with that, I’m fresh out of ideas.

I’m too distracted by the awful panel gaps to notice their plates.

Here's something you only hear at Christmas and even than it is a bit surprising: "maybe don't eat another candy cane, have some chocolate instead."

A Tesla owner would reply to this with “Smug > Smog”

I need some tips or help with a love seat issue. My basement stairwell is a little narrow, so I need to go with a modular love seat design so we can assemble in the basement. Suggestions on something nice and cushy?

Wes Craven’s “A Nightmare on Elm Street” is based on a real story.

Director Craven revealed that the inspiration for the iconic slasher film came from a story he read from the LA Times: a boy was having disturbing nightmares and refused to sleep for days out of fear. The same night he succumbed to exhaustion, he died in his sleep, but not before screaming for help in the middle of the night because of his nightmares.

I needed new plates in Nova Scotia and was at Costco in Dartmouth. I saw a box of white plates that were tremendous. Looked really sturdy and simple. Nice bowls. And no mugs! We hate sets that come with mugs instead of more plates.

Anywho the brand name is Trudeau, and u just know someone in Alberta or Saskatchewan saw the plates, loved them, but put them down after seeing the brand name.

We've used the plates for a week or so and I highly recommend them btw

Ran into a guy with a Flames shirt here in Scottsdale and said “hi”, but didn’t think to ask if he was a member here. Oh well.

I was writing something and used the word "symbology".

I stopped and thought of this exact scene, then corrected to symbolism.

I had a bad mental health episode today. Called the suicide hotline in tears and a friend back home in Calgary and the conversations I had with them definitely helped me. Don’t be afraid to reach out if you need help when you’re in a mental rut. It’s ok not to be ok

Holy s###. Uh...I'm glad you're okay now? (never know if you are or arent, mental health is a tricky thing)

Good advice though.

I’m doing a lot better. I honestly wasn’t suicidal as much as I was very frustrated with myself and needed someone to vent to without being judged. There’s just certain aspects of my life that I feel I’m behind in at almost 30. I’m just finally starting to learn how to drive. And recently I’ve been stuck at home with Covid so my frustrations with myself just exploded today. But I just have to remind myself that I’m not the only one who learned how to drive older. And I’m also not the only one at my age who doesn’t have everything together yet.

There are a lot of people out there twice your age who don't have it together. Don't sweat it.
