yes, very true. in fact, the work she's had done should take her from being off the list (old A.S.) to pretty damn high (new A.S.). She looks great now. before, she was kinda half-assed.

I like Hyori as well, but she isn't as big of a star as Ayumi is. If it was pure looks, I would agree, but I thought the list was based on looks, star power, and so on. If that is the case, I would say Ayumi wins hands down.
