The offer from Toronto is pathetic(Don’t know if it’s Zadorov or Tanev). No 1st and they want salary retention + bad contract out. The flames are asking for Knies(Toronto said No), Robertson or their 1st top 10 protected(They really don’t want to move this until TDL). Conroy is holding firm. Minten/3rd is what originally offered. TJ Brodie seems to be the bad contract but I cannot confirm but it’s out there. It’s believed Klingberg does have Calgary on his NTC. Calgary will want to move another asset before it makes a deal with Toronto. As they most likely have to open more cap space.

One source believes Toronto maybe building up to make a serious offer for Andersson.I don’t think Calgary is there tho but if you want to rebuild he’d fetch you a kings ransom 4.55 2 more years after this season and I doubt Toronto would be the best offer.

Arizona is more interested in Noah. For max value Phoenix wants an agreed extension in place. This appears to be the stage for the Flames/Yotes. I’m not saying it’s close but definitely the most progressed.

Vancouver wants to bring in Tanev however they need the flames to eat some cap. They also have interest in a Flames forward but Calgary would have to eat someone (Garland). The forward is Dube.

Lindholm agent group has been engaged over a list of preferred destinations for extension purposes. The deal is not going to happen in Calgary. He wants a fresh start.

Markstrom is gaining some interest from around the league but it’s believed Calgary has not approached his team on waiving his NMC.

I don't blame the Leafs for holding down the "no" on Knies. He's expected to be their up and coming star for years. Saying no to Robertson and 1st though? Especially after taking back salary? I hope Conroy screws Treliving over.
