They pulled victory from the jaws of defeat!
Had a 3-0 lead early in the first and were kicking the ever-loving #### out of the Jackets, and then they stopped skating and let them back in it. A late goal by Columbus in the 3rd off a lucky bounce and all of a sudden the Panthers are down 1 with about 5 to play. They pull Bobrovsky with about 3 minutes left and after relentless pressure, Nick Cousins of all people pots a game tying goal.
Then in OT, Tkachuk does just enough to break up an odd-man Columbus rush, passes it up ice to Lundell, who shots and makes a rebound straight to Verhaeghe for the winner.
Helluva game tonight. Shouldn't have been this close, but it was fun all the same.
