Not signing Tkachuk/Johnny to long term deals will forever haunt this franchise. The Panthers knew about Huberdeau. Instead of blowing it up we get a negative asset back in Huberdeau signed to a $10m deal. Then Tre pulls the pin and bails. Ownership have a lot to answer for, too, wanting to put a 'product' on the ice instead of going through a rebuild.
What a horrible feeling it is being a Flames fan. We will be stuck in mediocrity indefinitely.

There are some Flames chances this game. So that’s decent at least. If they didn’t have Huberdeau this would be a perfect tank game

This one's been kind of watchable.
I can get used to this. Some entertaining plays, loose hockey and most importantly, the tank intact.
If we're going to lose to a top 3 pick, we should do it this way.
