The Flames remind me of the San Jose Sharks from a few years ago.
Brent Burns, Erik Karlsson, Logan Couture, MA Vlasic -- those contracts are similar to Huberdeau and Kadri. The Flames can double down with Lindholm and Hanifin.. or learn from the mistake of others.

Everyone who is up in arms should just chill. We should all have low expectations for this team.
But I will say this. Fire Kadri into the sun. Good lord he’s awful. One of the worst contract signings this team has ever made.

My prediction - the Flames will be a lottery team but the Oilers will outsuck Calgary and end up with another 1st overall pick.
