People who push carts through narrow aisles where there isn't enough room for a person browsing and a cart to coexist. They see you and whoever else there but plow on through anyways expecting you will submit.
Usually the person has 1-2 items in the cart or absolutely nothing and could've easily hand basketed or carried their things.
If its cramped or obviously narrow, park the damn thing at the end of the aisle and walk over.

Okay can we talk about the tap water in this city? It's repulsive. Yeah yeah I've seen the articles, something or another about some harmless algae #### from runoff or whatever. It goes away eventually. But it's never been this bad, and it's been months now. Even having a shower is less relaxing cause it smells like you're hopping into a steamy week-old aquarium. Let's figure this out, obviously it can be filtered cause my basic ass fridge filter turns it into palatable water.

What part of the city are you, mine has been fine. I'm in the north(Bow River source).

Calgary water has always been bad. But it hasn’t been any worse lately than normal.

For sure, just like you wouldn't say "by purpose", "by principle" or "by average". None of those are things you are "on top of" but we use the preposition "on" for all of those phrases.
Anyway, I wasn't saying you were wrong, quite the opposite, I just think the whole thing is weird. You might say the illogical word choice rules of our language GMG.

Worse than some places? Maybe.
Bad? No.
The taste is fine (it tastes like water), doesn't smell, and it's completely safe to drink.
There are about 10000 other places that don't even manage to achieve 2/3 of those qualities.

Bad compared to everywhere else I have lived. Bad in the grand scheme of things? No probably not. But no one cares anyway.

Was actually just thinking about this. For the last 1-2 weeks my water has a soil taste. Normally I'm an unfiltered tap water drinker all the time, but lately it's been bleh.

Given my perfectly tasting north city water, I have to assume you have that backwards, as we all know crap flows down hill.

I live in Airdrie (sourced from Calgary) - but I've noticed the issue at my work (Memorial and Barlow) and at my parents' place (northwest).
