First ever chance to see playoff hockey at any level and it didn’t disappoint; Phillips got hammered a few times but just popped back up every time and he showed no fear at all going into the heard areas, also made a beauty play on DeSimone’s goal which made it a game until the very last play. I liked Zary, Duehr and Solovyov quiet a bit, all played their roles and positions very well and payed attention to the details of the game, especially Zary who is very tenacious and makes smart plays all over the ice. Wolf was incredible to watch up close and in person, only got to watch him super close in the 2nd but he was absolutely stellar and has me very excited for the future!! Took too many pics to count but here are some of my favs, even caught Wolf doing his patented jump before the start of the period!

Thanks for sharing the pics, looks like a pretty full house? Really hoping the Wranglers can win tomorrow and not have to play the decider in a hostile rink.

Yea it was absolutely packed and the crowd was rowdy and loud, pretty hostile rink for sure and it’ll take the Wranglers very best to close this series out! Highly recommend going, I bought 3 last minute seats through ticket master 6 rows up right behind the net Wranglers attacking twice and it was like 120 bucks. We had the aisle too so got out in short order and managed to see the Sedin bros walk past us on the way out who had a ‘keep it down’ vibe as the arena cleared out hahaha! Park in the gravel at the back of overflow and don’t pay for parking, great atmosphere and steal of a price for playoff hockey!

I really liked Poirier too, the guy has amazing wheels and went end to end a few times looking comfortable doing it.

Threads here and in the sub forum seem quite silent. Out of sight out of mind? Big game tonight to try avoid a 3rd consecutive game in a hostile barn against the lower seed. (format still boggles my mind)
