Pelts is a beauty and thank goodness for the Wolf Man. Great to get the OT win and I believe they'll have a better showing in game 2.

I just checked Ticketmaster, and it looks like it'll be a good crowd on Friday. Only single seats left in the lower bowl and the 2nd level behind the benches. Limited seats still remaining on the other side of the 200s. I'd have to think they'll be opening up more seats tomorrow.

Side note, I'm surprised Sutter didn't get a delay of game penalty there. They don't get much more blatant than that.

Fun game to be at! Wish I hadn’t sold my tickets for the Friday game. If anyone is open to selling a single ticket for Friday let me know!
Wranglers jerseys were back in stock, so finally picked one up as well!

On the Phillips spear maybe someone got a better look but live I didn’t really see it. The replay wasn’t great but the toe of his stick looked pointed at Woo and he took and pretty sharp backswing. It could have been a spear. Could also have been using his stick to try and block Woo and hold him up.
How’s the AHL wheel of justice for suspensions?

Wow I rewatched the AHLTV feed and that might have been the biggest joke of a match penalty on Phillips that I’ve ever seen, odd that they didn’t put it in the highlight package.
Good thing the Wranglers pulled this one out despite being down their all-star. I don’t think they win 2 of 3 in Abbotsford if they end up having to, barring a Wolf miracle.

I was at the game and got to watch Wolf live for the first time.
He will be the Flames starter by the end of next season is my prediction.
I’d be working the phones hard to get rid of Markstrom.

Lots of skilled players but the one thing that stood out for me was all of the turnovers. An incredible amount.

Looch, Zadorov, and Vladar were at the game tonight according to a Redditor.
Vladar and Zadorov really love this team

The value from players who desperately love and want to be on a team cannot be understated, in my opinion.
I think it is pretty clear that we need to find some value in moving Markstrom, and move on from Sutter in order to inject some youth into the Flames.

I sat near Chris Sutter. He was with his family but there was no Darryl and I wasn’t about to bother him asking where his dad was.
Side note: Chris is a beautiful soul and I think a all of us can learn something from him

Sutter was definitely there, I saw him up higher in the second level with some other Flames staff.
