Names in olden times sure were weird: Nap, Socks, Lave.
WTF?
I'm sure if you look at their birth certificates it's a name like Mortimer, Horace, or Eustace, in which case I don't blame them assuming a new name.

If I recall correctly, his chase rate at the start of last year was quite good as well. He fell off the wagon when the first month of the season was Umpires punishing him for having a good eye and ringing him up repeatedly with balls 1 - 10" low and outside the zone. By month two he was swinging at those because he felt he had to.

That's interesting, I was wondering myself as well.
Looks like he had a really high chase rate at the beginning of 2022 and it got better into the middle of the season and jumped up again in August.
