I’m honestly shocked. You never know which version of the Flames will appear on any night. I honestly was surprised that chance off of Kadri didn’t end up tying the game. The missed icing goal just seemed like it was spelling one of those nights.
Just please, if you’re going to be good, just please be consistent. Stop the rollercoaster ride.

Check out the forwards with the least ice time.
Lucic with 8:59
Lewis with 11:16
and then Kadri with 12:35, less than Ruzicka or Ritchie

If the Flames make it in they will be the hottest team in the league. Wouldn't be scared of anyone

Trim that down to 5:00 a game.

Exactly. Flames keep losing against bottom feeders. But in the playoffs, there are no bottom feeders
Sutter, you genius

That number for Lewis is fine considering his PK skill....get Pelts and Duehr back in and Looch can rest a few games.

Kadri has been awful, could be of value spending a game eating popcorn.

I agree that Calgary was the better team in their meetings this season. That said I do think that Ekholm, and to an extant a healthy Kane make them a tougher opponent.
I think there's a good chance we will outplay the Oilers, and they will get a PP after a PP as we've seen in last year's playoffs. Unfortunately, our special teams don't hold up(mostly due to the PP).
Anyways, back to the game... I would be excited just to make the playoffs regardless of the opponent. Anything more than 13 games is just a bonus for me this year.
