He isn’t a first line centre and not someone the flames should be extending as a top line C at the end of next year.

He’s not a selke level center.

But he looked great when he had elite wingers I suppose.

Agreed. He is still one of the better players on the team. Although he doesn’t seem to be enjoying this year as much. Mind you, it’s only what I see on the screen during games. But, it wouldn’t surprised me if he wanted to sign elsewhere when this contract is up.

Definitely looks like he is having less fun and frustrated/stressed more so than usual.
