He certainly treats his two goalies very differently in the media.
Not sure I agree with your take. Second goal was bad and one the goalie would definitely like back. Don’t see him hanging this on Vlad but rather calling out a very poor play.

Also sutter can #### off if he’s calling out vladar after giving markstrom a pass all year.
He’s also ####in braindead if he thinks the Flames keep holding off the Knights without that one going in. Full team defense doesn’t work, even for teams that are actually good at it. Playing not to lose is the easiest way to lose.

I hope this game is eye-opening for people who are wondering why Sutter wasn’t riding Vladar earlier. Vladar is a great backup but he isn’t ready to be a starter yet. This team will only go as far as Markstrom can take them. Sutter knows it.
Relying on Vladar or calling up Wolf isn’t the answer right now. They’ll live and die by Markstrom, and unfortunately for us they’re dying pretty quickly by him right now.
They simply don’t have a guy who can steal them games this year. They played a great 40 minutes. They needed their goaltender to have a great 20 and they didn’t get it. Again.

Vegas had 1 (zero?) shot in the 5 minutes up to that point. That goal changed the game.

He doesn’t call out Marky in the same manner was what I was trying to illustrate. He’s been more openly critical of Vladdy than Marky this year…not that it matters at the end of the day, they’re differently people and likely respond to different types of coaching (…neither seems to respond to whatever is going on this year though).

All prevent defences do is prevent you from winning

Calling up wolf could be the answer.
Vladar and Markstrom aren't the answer.
They should call up Wolf while there's still time to save the season.

I didn’t think we’d get a point at all tonight.
Not saying I’m pleased with how we lost but, if I hadn’t watched the game I’d be pleasantly surprised tomorrow
