Huberdeau with 15:20 of icetime and I legitimately only remember him making 2 braindead plays on the PP.

What a lemon he's been.

Rangers crowd has more passion than our team.

Why is Lucic on this team? Useless.

That OT goal gets worse the more I watch it. No idea what Zadorov was doing there. Just completely out to lunch.

Otherwise, that was a fantastic hockey game. I was very entertained. Too bad our big names didn’t show up. That was the difference tonight.

Markstrom, again hung out to dry by awful team defense.

Gross in our own end.

Zero sense of urgency. We had that game in the bag, the momentum was in our favor. Then a sluggish play by Backlund with the tied goal, and why the hell is Zadorov out there on a 3v3? I can name 4 better defenseman to use over him.

Nobody better be blaming Markstrom tonight. Made saves when they mattered most.

The defensive breakdowns this team commits is... troubling.

Kadri was awful. Had mangiapane streaking in instead plays that selfish game and takes a dumb shot.

That ot goal was awful work by Zadorov

Not to mention his stone hands trying to carry the puck into the zone.

A loss, but a really fun game to watch. Hopefully that's the game they needed to get going.
I know we pile on Huby for poor OTs, but Kadri is really bad. That throw away shot cost us the game. That turn over on the 2nd goal was just brutal.

Huberdeau’s contract is going to be the worst contract in the entire league next season. There’s no coming back from that.

Really want to like Huberdeau as he seems like a great character individual. Not sure if it’s confidence but his game as not been as advertised. Underwhelming again and is not an impact player.

Lucic should sit for a few games. He adds nothing to the lineup.

Shooting at mangiapane as he crossed in front was just comical

Then the rebound goes down the ice and in our net

Peak 2022/23 flames

Markstrom was better but still let in 5.

Putting on Zadorov in OT before Hanifin and Weegar was a bad call.

Forwards were all useless in overtime. I know Huberdeau hasnt impressed in his time here in OT but in the three seasons prior to this one he led the league with 13 OT points and was on the ice for 14 GF and 2 GA. Maybe give him another look.

Fun game overall.
