Yes, you can challenge them to a fight later or make their life miserable for the rest of the game. By doing what Dube did he actually gave the Rangers the momentum, they just scored the go ahead goal. It's stupid.

I get the frustration, but Zadorov throws huge open ice hits pretty regularly. His hits are definitely less vicious, but definitely big.

No one mentioning Kadri’s hit on Trouba on his first shift of the game where he left his feet? Kinda like waking up a bear. Trouba is dirty MF’er but he is dominating the Flames tonight.

If lucic did his job properly ,he would have dropped the gloves with trouba way before the kadri hit. Why should trouba stop throwing huge hits?

I don't watch much NYR hockey, and I don't remember his time in Winnipeg well.

Reffing in this league is so inconsistent though.
Generally you only see instigator called when a guy gets clearly jumped...tonight in both cases Trouba started throwing first right when the guy skated over and we get the extra. The Tanev one was especially bad.
Flames never get that call the other way.
