If I'm reading it right, that page seems to say it's "TIH TIH" but I really have no idea.    
It says 'i' by itself is pronounced like the i in bit.

			^^but it's not Thai, it's vietnamese.It think that's where the confusion comes from.  People think of Thai and say it that way.

			Hey, I took that picture!  I always find it funny when one of my pictures appears somewhere I least expect it.  But nothing beats when Merle's Delicatessen used my photo of a Palace of Eats sandwich  in thier ad.
 
But anyway, my understanding is that it is pronounced "Tea tea".
