That 08/09 playoff series against the Hawks was just messed.

- Phaneuf playing with multiple broken ribs
- Sarich had breaks in both of his feet and played?
- Langkow’s hands were busted up
- Bourque played with a high ankle sprain?
- Bertuzzi’s knee was a mangled wreck
- Regehr missed the playoffs with an injury
