Stamps have new season tickets on sale, although it doesn't look like you can buy online at this time.
Looks like they have rolled out a bunch of good incentives to get people to buy seasons, including concession discounts throughout the game.
Also, it looks like they might have dropped some season ticket prices. I was sure the platinum tickets were over $1,000 last year:

Sounds like a guy that could return punts/kick-offs...
The Calgary Stampeders have signed American receiver and kick returner Tommylee Lewis, the club announced on Monday.
The five-foot-seven, 168-pound speedster signed with the New Orleans Saints after going unselected in the 2016 NFL Draft. He dressed for 39 games over four seasons with the team, recording 21 receptions for 257 yards and two touchdowns, nine carries for 49 yards, 45 punt returns for 404 yards, and 27 kickoff returns for 617 yards.

That’s a long time coming. He’s been on Stamps neg list for years (seen his name on the list every year since the league started releasing 10 names per team).
Will be interesting to see if they use him in speedy B role.

Good for Bo, but thanks to the scheduling, Stamps fans won't even get to see him against Calgary next season.

Do the Stamps get any more compensation with Mitchell signing in Hamilton? I thought there was a conditional pick? I assume that means Evans will be on the trade block or possibly released.

I don't believe so, unless there was some sort of handshake deal in place. From an article when the trade was announced:
Quote:
On Monday, it officially came to an end when the Stamps traded away his rights to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.
In return, they received a third-round pick in 2023, a fifth-round pick in 2024 and future considerations.

The signing of Mitchell completes Hamilton's deal with Calgary. The Ticats also acquired the Stampeders 2023 first-round pick (fifth overall) and a 2024 third-round selection.
The Stampeders receive Hamilton’s 2023 first-round pick (fourth overall) as well as third- and sixth-round selections in addition to a 2024 second-round selection.

Huff did very well here. Amazing haul for a QB that was heading to free agency.

This dude is a swear word in New Orleans haha. He's the guy who got trucked in the infamous 2018 NFC Championship Game no PI call vs the Rams. All he had to do was play dead after that & Saints are in the Super Bowl. Instead he pops up like nothing happened.
Great speed, shifty, and an excellent "glue guy", it's why Sean Payton kept bringing him back as he's loved in the locker room. Big personality, very jokey. Only issue is he has fumbling issues on returns. But that's mostly because he takes risks not calling for a fair catch, then gets cranked. Obviously that's not a factor in the CFL. Curious to see how this goes.

Powerplay Quarterback

Wow, they're going to pay Bo $500K/year? I guess that means more than one team were willing to bet he wasn't washed up. You don't get that kind of a contract unless there's a market out there for you.
I'm shocked. Good for him, but I don't see it working out well for the Tiger Cats.
I think his whole tenure in Calgary has proved that he can be a great quarterback on a great team. But he can't lift a mediocre team to greatness on his own.

$500k for one year is insane to pay Mitchell until he proves he can start playing at a meaningful level with his shoulder issues, let alone three. That is categorically insane.
edit: I guess no wonder he was willing to be a Tiger Cat after telling them he'd test free agency when they traded for him. Wow.

I wouldn't be so quick to assume Bo will struggle. I think things got a little stale for him in Calgary in Dickenson's offense as things could have been a lot different if Kamar Jorden doesn't have one of the worst seasons I have seen in this league with all his blunders and drops.
