So it was the goal you’re complaining about? Make up your mind. Who started had nothing to do with it.
Sutter likely figured Markstrom had something to prove. And Vladar made good saves, but let in the winning goal. How’s that for results based analysis? As valid as “Markstrom let in the first goal”, IMO.

I thought he was really good against the Sharks. Didn’t really notice one way or another against Chicago. Tonight the goal and the near goal a minute ago were both him.

One thing I am noticing is St. Louis keeps plays deep and doesn't play to throw pucks to the points. It's all rotating below and taking it to the net.
We get the puck in and swing side to side and try to point shots. Need to keep pucks deep and work thr cycle from that enough of point shots into feet and bodies or with no screen.
