Yeah one of the most lopsided trades I can remember.
Ekman-Larsson's albatross contract and Conor Garland (at that point an unsigned RFA) for three cap dumps (that are all now off the books), the No. 9 overall pick (Guenther), and a second-rounder (which got flipped to Minnesota for Jack McBain).
Like how did Arizona not have to pay to move the OEL deal, let alone getting the Guenther pick and Jack McBain for it? Utter madness. Jim Benning's parting gift.
