I think that's something you made up in your head. I think there are very few Raiders fans that view him as anything but 2nd tier. He's been a top 15 QB nearly his entire career and save for a season or two he's never been elite. Remember he's never had a defense ranked higher than 20 in his entire career. I'm not sure a lot of elite QB's could overcome that. I think he's a good guy and I hope he does well and I'm curious to see how he would fare with a team that actually has a good defense.

As for the Raiders, the new regime has decided to move on and hopefully it works out. I just hope that they don't bring in Garoppolo as the Raiders don't have anything near the 49ers defense and he's not a guy you want slinging the ball because your defense is giving up 20+ points every week.

What if JJ Watt had signed with the Raiders?

Unless we are talking about JJ Watt in his prime I don't think much. The Raiders aren't a player or two away on defense. They need to spend nearly their entire draft on defensive players as outside of a small handful of players most of their starters would be backups on most teams.

Where does Brady go? Not back to Tampa.

Personally I hope he retires rather than soil his legacy by holding on. He's not been that good this season and he's going to be 46 when next season starts. He's clearly a freak of nature being able to play into his mid-40's but his game is starting to slide as father time is undefeated. I don't want him on the Raiders which I suppose is now a possibility.

The hot rumour with Brady now is he'll go to the Saints and Payton will return. Skeptical about that one. Could see Brady in Miami maybe. Vegas makes sense cause he can bully McDaniels around and Gronk can party 24/7.

he's about 72 years old, it's time to call it a day. Even he will have to for good at some point.

Brady will be going to the Raiders next season IMO

unless he is still mad at Mark Davis for killing the deal last time

Tomorrow's game is completely meaningless for the Titans so they are resting the majority of their starters, including most likely Henry.

That makes a lot of sense actually.

The Jets are kind of built like the 9ers too now, with a top notch defense and everything else pretty much in place. I think he would definitely go there and show Wilson a thing or two.

Can you imagine the Tabloids in New York if Jimmy G lived there? They'd have him hooked up with every famous woman in that city.

Miami would be hilarious. Dolphins Weekend-at-Bernies Tua for an entire concussion-filled season and then jettison him for 46-year-old Brady in the offseason.

the dots are easy to connect, with Saleh and LaFleur there. But it wouldn't be to show Wilson a thing or two ... he's surely done as a Jet. As a high draft pick, he'll probably get another chance or two somewhere, but the way he's been playing, the Jets would be out of their minds to even entertain sticking with him. I mean, he'll be inactive as the number 3 behind Mike White and Joe Flacco this weekend, for crying out loud. Hard to think of a bigger bust in recent history.

Yeah he's worse than Darnold. I have read that the entire team has played better when the other QB's are playing that's indicative of leadership issues and players not believing in him.

happy for Josh Dobbs to get the start for the Titans today. Dude has always worked hard and was by every account an awesome locker room guy in Pittsburgh, so cool to see him get this opportunity.

Yeah I don't see that happening in NOLA either, though it's certainly given local media lots to talk about. I'm sure there's some truth to it, but I have a feeling Payton is just enjoying getting courted. I still think he wants a fresh start somewhere new, but we'll see.

Wherever he ends up, I just hope it happens for next season. Saints could really use the 1st round pick this Draft to recoup the lost one, and that Payton Tax compensation for the Saints gets lower each year he waits as he gets closer to the end of his current deal.

If the Cowboys had lost last week they surely would be resting everyone too, making this possibly the worst game ever. If the Titans are effectively forfeiting they should agree with the Cowboys to give up a safety on the first play, and then kneel it out.
