That is a terrible call. Not sure the whistle went. If it did it should have been a penalty shot due to the player covering the puck in the crease. When they showed the whistle replay it was late, which was likely well after the puck crossed the line.

It was well over the line.

Perfect example of why it’s stupid to only be able challenge for offside or interference. Like why? Should be able to challenge that nonsense.

They haven't deserved it, but some how after that long whistle, and the gloved hand grabbing the puck, that is the BS decision from the BS league.

Yeah that was a blown call in the middle of a concern for an possible injured goalie but they can't review it, only the puck crossing the line before the whistle.

We can't blame the refs for this game. It's all on the Flames.

The league is a joke. They've proven that time after time.

That's a super easy call if the ref is behind the net in position. Completely bungled.

At very least should've been a penalty shot.

If the flames net is empty and have 6 skaters, then CBJ takes a delayed penalty, does that mean they can have 7 skaters?

it's a big money making upset if the bjs hold on, refs just protecting their investment, they count on the gambling money like a server does with tips.
