Not sure what your angle is here with your post, but Zelensky's recent statement was televised and corroborated, and Podolyak isn't Zelensky.
Also your article and Podolyak's comments doesn't refute Zelensky's statement or contradict it.
I don't have an angle. You posted something without any support and I looked to find where you came up with it. I found that CNN article, which was the closest to the topic you brought up. That's all.
I'm fascinated that with the news and confirmations coming out now, some still believe there is some chance that those confirmations are incorrect and that it was indeed fired by Russia.
A good discussion in my opinion in the video below on this. Will be a good case study for sociology students.
Imagine you are just out having a morning stroll with the dog and that stuff is flying overhead, you never know where they might impact. I am still in shock at this war and we just go about our days like it isn't even happening.
This war needs to end, so many innocent lives lost for not good reason that I can understand.
I really hope I never experience living life in a war zone, I am pretty happy to Canadian these days no matter how much we hate our premier or PM, we are not living in a war zone.

Like what is the justification for Russia lobbing missiles so far west??? It's a rhetorical question because there is none, nor is there justification for the invasion.
But at the very least, Russia is attempting to annex lands in the East, so wtf does Lviv or Kyiv have to do with it?
####ing cowards.

Another long form video (thanks Elon) showing the destruction brought on the Russians by HIMARS and other attacks in Kherson at the Chornobaivka airport. https://twitter.com/user/status/1593277738462466051

I'd love confirmation of this, but I was watching an analysis of this, at the start of the war, the Russian's had about 1800 cruise missiles in their inventory.
Now they're down to below 500, and unless China steps up, they can't get the components they need due to US Sanctions to manufacture more.
The Russian's have to be struggling to get parts to repair weapons, and reloads for missiles and advanced weapons.

They holds for everything not just missiles. They’ve run their stocks low on all sorts of weapons. Even things such as ball bearings for railroad cars are running out. Not to mention their total lack of trucks.

Been asking that question since day 1. It comes to the Russians being giant f'ing pussies who can't stand that Ukraine didn't submit by day 3 (if I recall that day was when the talk of targeting civilians came as an order from the top). If they can't have it, no one can. It's a way to torture, torment and cause pain to innocents in a pathetic attempt to get the UA government to submit and Western aid to stop.
"Just because you are East away from the front lines doesn't mean you are safe". I honestly think it is that dumb and simple of a reason.
They believe that by causing as much rape, murder, damage, pain and suffering as possible, that it will cause the other side to quit. That is what they do to their own people, and it works. They think that technique works wherever they go. Sometimes it does. But as we see now, with Western backing and UA resolve, all it does is do the complete opposite.
They are too stupid to realize that it causes the opposite effect. After all, they are the "strong" red army and no one can stand up to them, right? Instead of dishing out 100 missiles on military targets, which might actually swing the needle a bit their way, they are still convinced that that good old fashioned force towards civilians will work. Perhaps they thinking the Ukrainians will start going on Telegram and calling for surrender?
Mind boggling they still continue to go down this path, but not surprising. They really are that dumb and behind the times.
