Yeah, anyone who has watched even a single Council meeting since he was elected knows what a useless lump he is.
With Farkas, it was obviously a performance and he was a contrarian just for the sake of being a contrarian. Chu is straight-up incompetent.

I almost felt bad for Chu before the last election when I thought he was just an incompetent, extremely dim-witted person who was too dumb to be part of the whole Manning Institute gang, so got all of his information from Rick Bell.
No idea what a total sleezeball he turned out to be with the statutory rape and doxing the mayor.
There’s a bunch of stupid creeps on twitter that gush over him and want him to stay on council. The Calgary Herald comments are worse than anything.

This I find difficult to understand, even if they were to charitably overlook the creepy sleazeball rapist element of Chu...he's still worse than useless.
A cardboard cutout of Chu would be vastly more productive than the man himself.
