My mother texted me tonight:

"Kadri has Gio eyes when he's out there."

Yes, mom, he sure does.

Not a single thing to complain about. Just a great overall effort.

hopefully we don't have as much complaining and pining for AHL callups with these few days off
Why set yourself up for disappointment? From tomorrow until Saturday, we'll have people wanting to swap Huberdeau and Kadri, Lewis scratched to make room for Ruzicka or an AHL call up, and Toffoli swapped with Dube or Mangiapane.

Lindholm is the latest victim for the glass half empty crew, and after 3 upcoming off days with nothing else to complain about, the theories should be entertaining.

It is incredible to watch the US teams post game shows. Unlike Sportsnet, they don’t immediately switch to the sports news. Analysis and interviews for a minimum of a half hour to one hour.

The Pens even have Colby Armstrong on the post game analysis insights. Great production and quality.

I’m gonna say something controversial here: I like the way things are going so far and wouldn’t be in a rush to change anything.

Rooney got hurt and I'm guessing he didn't come back. Played only 9 minutes.

I honestly feel this depth of this roster is pretty magnificent. But if we could score a top rw and bump toffoli to Backlund rw I think theres no doubt we're competing for the cup.

Flames used to have that stuff. I remember watching all sorts of post game when I was a kid. I really miss it, brings you right into the team

seems like a deadline deal though depending on how things are going...they obviously have enough to be a top team for now

Averaged 9:24 in the first five games, so I'm guessing there's a reason he was left off the list.

I bet it’s Vladar against the Oilers again.
