Yeah for real, he was 17 and if that happened in Canada his name wouldn't have been released as he'd be a Juvenile Offender.

Who here hasn't done some titanically stupid #### at 17? Should you have been branded for life? He didn't actually abuse or hurt anyone. He was found guilty he served his sentence/paid his fines. Let him attempt to improve himself and if he screws up again, sure, nail him to a cross then.
