I should be careful what I say since his brain might have rattled around when playing football, but.......he might just be the dumbest person in that country. Almost nothing he says makes sense. Dirty China air came in and pushed out clean America air? I mean.....if you're voting for that you clearly don't care about the candidates, you're just voting for the party.

A little late on this topic, but I'd argue that the death tolls and human rights atrocities that have resulted from American imperialism, especially in the context of foreign policy, over the last 4-5 decades should probably take them out of the "moral superiority" business.

Really? I whole heartily disagree. America has vast majority superiority over China.

In the international arena? I'm not saying China has any moral superiority either, but the U.S. has been an absolute menace on the international scene for generations.

It's a joke to compare China morally to the states, a pathetic joke.

I don't think you're actually doing yourself any credit using emotional expressions like "pathetic joke" and "vast majority superiority" or terms like "ccp talking points". You're just presenting your positions as rather ideological.
If you want to make a thoughtful argument to compare the US's foreign policy and actions to China's foreign policy and actions to explain what you consider to be America's superiority in this, go ahead. Demonstrate that you have some real knowledge of the situation rather than merely making emotional protests and exclamations.
I think there is real value to be had in getting into the nitty gritty of American and Chinese foreign policy and where the relationship between the two is headed, but there's no reasonable discussion to be had if someone is approaching it ideologically.

So you have moved on from the nations as an whole are equals but now only look at foreign policy? I understand Rubecube asked me this but I was surprised to see you so eager to jump away from a holistic view. So do you agree, China's current actions like genocide eliminate them from any moral argument when looking at them as a complete package?
And honestly, perhaps in the morning I can list out all the reasons why the US is morally superior to China on the foreign policy front, but give me a break. There hasn't been any argument on the other side to say China is on level with the US in a moral way- zero argument presented.
So, given the lack of arguments from anyone, you can forgive me if my side of the argument supports the nation who is sending billions and billions in aid and other support to the innocent nation of Ukraine- and not the nation who is supporting the nation whose troops are actively raping women and children while murdering innocents in cold blood by the thousands.

Let's be totally transparent though. The U.S. has no problem supporting murderous psychopaths both financially and militarily when it suits their interests.

In the last 20 years, to this scale?
I guess you’re pointing to Saudi?

The point was also over “the last 40-50 years.”
I love the US and I still think it’s a total cop out to just point to Ukraine and say “see?? See???” like this one instance is proof the US always does good.
It just reeks of American brainwashing to me. I’d rather grow up in the US than China, no contest, but to act indignant and pretend they don’t even belong in the same conversation when you bring history and foreign policy into it? Nah, that’s bull####. Let’s not lie to make ourselves feel good.

I never agreed to the premise of the last 40-50 years. I don't think that makes any sense.
I am talking about today- who has a right for moral superiority today. Past actions matter but nothing compared to recent actions.

If we are talking just today then China would be vastly superior to the US, China's suppression of the Uyghurs and Tibet is small beer compared to the #### the US has it's hands in right now

What do you mean you don’t agree with the premise? That’s what was said and what you replied to. If you want to have a conversation about it you can’t just arbitrarily decide what parts of posts you recognise as having been said or not.

Which is what the US is happily facilitating in the Yemen, half a million dead already, a million dead in Iraq, Afghanistan you think these wars against terror/muslims dont kill just as many?

no doubt this man is dumber than the average, but I would say he's likely around the 40th percentile. There's a still a huge way down from there.
