Has to be O.G. Scorch
No costume modifications (keep the Flaming A). No cowboy hat, for instance.
No "New Scorch" and "Retro Scorch" costumes. No sidekicks for Scorch.

Pretty sure they're just testing the waters.... haven't seen any backlash yet. I'm sure they'll work out some sort of deal with the Calgary Fire Department.
I just hope there's not a lame backstory like this is Scorch's Canadian cousin and he's the fire used for branding irons.

I have a feeling CSEC will opt for a cute, fuzzy anthropomorphic equine, name it something lame like "Hop-A-Long Hoss" only to see crowds turn on it with booing and tossed projectiles. "We want Scorch" will echo thunderously throughout the building. By ten games into the season, the people will get their wish and the psychotic, but lovable ember will make his triumphant return!
