I'm starting to see Tapia's value. He's not a great player, but he does add an element this team lacks. Contact hitting and speed.

Hmm
This team doesn't really lack speed. Kirk is the only slow guy. Even Vladdy can motor pretty good.
Now that Biggio looks healthy and back on track, when Chapman gets back we shouldn't be seeing anymore of Zimmer, and much, much less of Tapia.

Ok, sure, you're probably right. But as a bench player, he's not too bad. I see a lot of pinch running in his future.

Espinal is such a beauty. This team is full of fun unique ball players.
If I was just getting in to baseball I’d pick the Jays to root for. They are like the Astros from 2017ish but less cheaty and way more likeable and fun
