It's a slow release fertilizer, and also a natural herbicide. You can get it at Amaranth, Golden Acres and Home Depot.

You need to get it the moment they bring it in; it sells out in a flash.

Wow, thanks Darr Maqbool... lol

I know it's normal for Calgary But it's still stupid as hell how we don't see hardly any snow when it should be snowing, i.e.: Christmas but we get like 20 cm's in 2 weeks in March/April.

It's commical

Actually, the info you gave goes against it being normal. a HIGH of -4. What you have shown isn't the range for daytime highs. It is the normal high (8 vs -4, not close), and the evening low.

That doesn't exactly go against it being normal. Average is not the same as Normal. In order to get that average, quite a few of the recorded temperatures had to be below that average. It's Normal for the temperature to fluctuate. His info doesn't so much go against it being normal as it doesn't prove anything without a little interpretation. Although an Average low of -4 to me makes a high of -4 not seem too ridiculous.

Regardless of what is normal or not normal weather, all this snow is lame and should make the drive into work super weak tomorrow.

Man, I hate getting jerked around by mother nature...

Every time, when it starts to get nice, I remind myself not to get too excited, because it's going to be cold again in a few days...

But then, just before the snow comes again, I have myself convinced that winter is over...and then I get pissy.

Just a heads up for anyone out and about tonight...

CALGARY POLICE SERVICE MEDIA RELEASE

Sunday, April 1st, 2007 at 20:30 hours.
The road conditions have deteriorated considerably and all of
the major arteries are experiencing traffic issues and
numerous collisions, as well as multi-vehicle collisions that
were both injury and non-injury.

It would be prudent and advisable to warn all of your
listening and viewing audience that travel should only be
undertaken if absolutely necessary and in so doing please
slow down and exercise extreme caution as the roadway may
appear passable but there are numerous locations that have
formed black ice and slippery sections.

Thank you to all media outlets for assistance in getting this
message out.

Gosh.. Bunch of Crybabies, at least someone was able to grasp it.

Yeah, this weather sucks, but to bitch and moan about it like it's something out of the ordinary makes no sense.

One picture shows march with and average low of -8 and another with April 1st of -4, it was about -5 when Jordon was crying, and not many hours past March 2007.

I was merely showing that it wasn't really anything that odd.

Ehhh what? That wasn't really needed.

My entire purpose of making this thread is the lameness that is Calgary weather and that having HIGH's in the minus's at this point in the year is not a normal occurance.
