Normal human? Regular season hockey player? Do or Die in stanley cup playoffs?

Too many variables to say. Anywhere from 2-3 months to 2-3 minutes.

Hopefully he's okay and not just dressed for motivation

Given how weak he was on that goal, he is somewhat in the line up in spirit as opposed to an effective, tough, shut down guy. Kinda a Hail Mary pass for the entire organization to stem the rot if this goes sideways as it appears to be.
