Same. I have sold all my seats, but have had a lot more demand over the last 24 hours on Facebook, even though my posts say sold.


One of the pairs sold through fansfirst. Not as many listed there anymore either, so looks like tickets did move and prices seem to have held steady.

I got rid of my additionals for tonight at a $10 loss due to fansfirst commission. I think I'll try offering to friends at cost going forward if I can't use them.

For those who picked up additional playoff tickets, I had a question. On the pricing sheet sent by the Flames why are Red 2s more expensive than Red 1s? When I look through Ticketmaster, Reds are Row 3 and 4, whereas Red2s start at Row 5 up to 10.

Update: Spoke to my ticket rep. He is going to look into it. It didn’t make sense to him either.

The playoff renewal prices have Red1 more expensive than Red2. But the playoff add-on prices have Red2 more expensive than Red1.

My rep told me it was because they had way more Red1 inventory to sell than they did Red2.

I spoke to my ticket rep and that is what he said as well.

It sucks that it was never conveyed, which is absolute bull ####. For folks adding tickets, even what categorized as tiers was never mentioned. I didn’t look at the pricing of the lower rows because it was a safe assumption that they would be more expensive and I wanted to pick up seats before someone else did. There were definitely some available.

The lack of clear communication is so disheartening. That and the fact that they just decided to add a “center” tier to their pricing is making me seriously consider not renewing my seasons for the first time ever. The seats right next to my original seats are considered blue and mine are blue center. A decent difference in pricing for literally seats right next to each other. I seriously never thought I would see such a day.

Just a heads up for anyone in PL Row 4+ who is renewing. I noticed that the food vouchers we have received in the past were no longer mentioned in my renewal package. I emailed the Flames to find out if these were still a thing and was told:

"After speaking with our ticketing team, it appears that Press Level Food Vouchers are provided to Season Ticket Holders in Row 4+ who are local to the Calgary area and use at least 50% of the tickets for personal use."

As I live 3 hours away and don't make 50% of the games, I am not eligible for these anymore. Once again another head scratcher from the team.

The more interesting point is that it is implied that the Flames actually track the individual use of tickets. With the new ticket security and the required etransfer of tickets I guess that this is expected. How else would they know if a STH used at least 50% of their tickets for personal use?

Looks like pre-sale for Round 2 BOA goes at 10am this morning with general public at 12 noon.

Will be interesting to see how much ‘face value’ is but I’m guessing demand is going to be through the roof regardless.

Ya that one is STH pricing - I know theres a face value one as well kicking around. I assume the STH is just the advertised 40% cut off face, but wanted to confirm since its not always the case.

What are the thoughts on Saddleroom/Restaurant tickets? I'm thinking about picking up a pair for my buddy and I for game 2. Is the added price worth it over the cost of blue seats?

second best seats in the dome in my opinion, (first row of bowl two is elite)

You get such a nice view and its dead center ice, personal server with a 40$ credit for each seat. Sat there earlier this season and was an unreal experience
