Yup. As soon as I let myself get passionate behind the team, as soon as I said, this should be a good run, it evaporates.

Markstrom has been fine. It's the forwards that have to get going. They're making a damn rookie goalie look like the next Patrick Roy. Oettinger is not outduelling Markstrom here. Our pathetic offense is not putting any pressure on their goalie and he's just making routine saves.

People defending this team saying it's not like the Colorado series should give their head a shake. We're playing the only team in the playoffs with a negative goal differential and not dominating them. I don't care if we lose in 5 or 7. If we lose this series at all, we choked.

I'm just going to skip the next game, and if the Flames lose it, I'll probably skip the game after that too. The Stars are a lot better than their regular season stats would indicate, but the most frustrating thing is the lack of finishing by the Flames and the apparent collapse in killer instinct and confidence. They're not easy to cheer for right now and not much fun to watch.

I'd like to see Ruzicka in next game, hopefully for Ritchie but Sutter loves him.

Take Toffoli off line 2, that line has literally done nothing. Tkachuk please do anything other than being a tough guy, stupid fight tonight. Plus his offside last game was a big momentum killer as were his antics to start this game.

Frustrating team come playoffs.

Pretty sure Johnny was at the end of a very long shift. Interesting shot choice though, Oettinger had the glove save on him early in the game so I think he tried to switch it up.

Im at peace though...If Sutter can't get these guys to win in the first round, all our questions have been answered.

I would be with you except we know this GM will bring back the same core next year. I would feel much more at ease if I knew changes were going to be made.

I think if the Flames are out in the first round and no big changes in the off-season.. will need to take a break from the NHL. Doesn't help with the toxic culture that constantly gets swept under the rug by the league.

I hope the Flames win on Monday and make it a series though.

I thought he played well tonight. It’s Tkachuk that has clowned himself out of this series. Doesn’t look anything like a 100 point guy.

I just don’t get Sutter calling out Johnny after that game. He was not the problem. At all. I have to trust he knows him and it’s a motivating thing. But, from the outside, hard to understand.
