Landlord booting him out for differences of opinion wouldn't be legal.. In Alberta anyway, I can't imagine it would be in any other province.
But who knows if that's the actual reason. People get banned from somewhere over "their political views" when in fact they were a toxic troll.

Guaranteed he was booted for not paying his rent.... especially if he spent all his savings. He's just taking advantage of the situation and making it something that it isn't by saying it was because of his political view (why did that even come up?). I'm also willing to bet his bank account isn't actually frozen either. Clearly the guy was trying to fit in with a special interests group and is still trying, it's all he's got.

These aren't exactly the smartest people, but I guess having no money because you gave it all to support these assh-le grifters and having a frozen bank account are practically the same thing.

After reading the article, I'd assume he was kicked out for not paying rent.
Maybe he explained the situation to the landlord, and the landlord said gtfo, no breaks for you; that'd be legal.

If there were gun crimes during the clearing out process it would have been a quicker and more streamlined process for laying charges based on Canadian firearm regulations as compared to the mischief charges being handed out.

I actually feel a little bad for him.
Watching the video he was super lonely and had nothing but his computer for 2 years. Seems like a guy with little or no friends or family around him.
He made a very dumb decision, but he seems like a sad individual.
