Of course it would be great if he stopped every shot, but sometimes you have to be realistic.
That 3rd D pair had a brutal shift, gave the puck away, that was a point blank chance. And a terrific shot. Not his fault in the least.

Devils seems to handle the top line crisis crosses OK, but wilt under the heavier forecheck of the other lines.

Have to give New Jersey credit. They've played hard on the puck and made making passes tough for the Flames. They've kept the first line off kilter most of the night. Johnny not his usual dynamic self and its because the Devils have been effective in closing the gaps quickly.
