7ths are a needle in a haystack, even for this team's scouting.
This was essentially a 2nd and 3rd, or the Curtis Glencross deal.
That's how I'm looking at it. And I'd see Jarnkrok as pretty even with Glencross when he left in terms of value.
Good middle six player that can chip in goals at ES.

I don’t think it’s a “huge” overpay. It was pricey and you have to factor in Seattle retaining half so we don’t have to move a roster player. But this is an extremely quality player we acquired

No he is not because Bennett is the piece that acquired him
Bennett+ 6th for Heineman and 2nd
4th for Pitlick
1st+Pitlick+5th+ Heineman for Toffoli
