Not watching the game but nhl.com shows about six oilers PPs to flyers 2-3. Those oilers, so disciplined….

It appears that it is shoot out the lights hockey in Winnipeg. The score is 4-3 Jets after twenty minutes!

Sam Montembeault with a .333 save percentage so far. Ouch.

Looks like Koskinen is gonna get a shutout.

Every time I switch to the philly game it’s to see them whiff on a shot, or miss the net, or just generally suck. Wow has this team checked out.

The Habs were down 4-0 and have come back to tie it at 4-4.

Hit the freaking net! I swear I’ve seen Sanheim with like 3-4 open shots and he just misses the net.

Haha at the Jets getting a 4-0 lead before the 10 minute mark of the 1st and having it blown 4 minutes into the 2nd.

Oilers are great as long as they get 38 saves and five pp's...and play bad teams.

So I’m sure the cup parade is back on for the Oilers. A month ago every Edmontonian was wanting Koskinen tarred and feathered and run out of town.

That's not even an exaggeration.

These are the requirements for them to win.

Free agent at the end of the year too. Koskinen will move on, Oilers will overpay someone else who will suck and they can lament about how they should have re-signed Koskinen as he thrives in another market.

This is precisely what will happen.

You can script it at this point.

They'll overhype the new guy and he won't be able to live up to expectations behind that defense. I pity the fool that signs there.

This is good- kostinem playing well. By all means Lowe, run with a smith and kostinen duo… no upgrade needed.

Koskinen will be back in Finland next year. I can't see any NHL team signing him.

This is my hope too.

And why I'm not overly upset at them winning games they already should win. No one is gaining ground on the Flames anyhow. They can either suck and miss, or line up a date with a healthy Knights team in May.

They sure love overvaluing performances against struggling/poor teams.

Like when they were "back" after a streak of meh wins against basement dwellers.
