Obviously send Wayne Simmonds after them. You know, the player who the Flames were lucky wasn't in the line-up against them, as the Flames would behave better according to Leaf fans. lol

Same with the Nutcracker Draisaitl. There's been multiple montages posted on reddit showing his tendency to spear opponents in the funbag, yet I don't remember any talk of him receiving discipline for arguably the most cowardly act in hockey

Watching the highlights, the Hurricanes defeated the Flyers in overtime. Pesce scored the winning goal and Carolina is just a point behind the first place Panthers in the eastern conference.

Let's get Kraken, it is good to have both teams radio feeds readily available.

Mott scored eleven seconds after the opening faceoff! The Kraken scored soon after, 1-1 tie in the first period.

SPECIAL EDITION:

The lowly Montreal Canadiens now have more wins this season than the Flames.*

Time for a complete rebuild! Scorched earth! Trade everybody! Fire the coach! Fire the GM! Burn down the Saddledome and sow the earth with salt!

*Counting shutouts only. I hear the Flames won some games where they allowed one or more goals but outscored the other time. Those don't count, that's just cheating.

If the Flames scored only 1 goal in every game this season they would have 1 less win than Montreal...its mind bottling

lol Leafs, 5 goals on 20 shots

Hamonic and Podkolzin score for the Canucks in the second period. Vancouver leads 3-2 after forty minutes. Driedger is keeping the Kraken in this game. The shots are 33-13 for the Canucks so far.

JT Miller looks good for Canucks. Would look good as a Flame.

He also seems like kind of a prick. I'm not sure I'd want him as a Flame.

Think he was one of the ones who tuned out Green first, difference between him showing frustration between the end of last year/start of this year, to under Boudreau, is massive

Burke once said he was a bad pre-draft Interview. They liked him, but the interview didn't bump him up their list.

When Backlund went down today I did hold my breath wondering what the Flames would be without that dependable two way center. Miller is likely a bit too rich for the Flames to go get, but those visions today did have me a bit worried. Maybe Jarnkrok could be a Marcus Nilsson type swiss army knife type who could be added and mesh into an existing group a bit better.

Which is impressive because Chris Driedger played the entire game.

You can't tell me a top player with that sort of hand eye coordination would miss the Bruin player by that much.

Does Tim Hortons have another awkward Crosby/McKinnon commerical upcoming and they had to keep the squeaky clean image intact?
So you're arguing that he wanted to hit the linesman? Think about that.

Which is more plausible?

1) he tried to retaliate but missed

2) he decided that when the Bruin hit him, that the best response was to whack the lineman
