I actually think this is a big game too. Flames really need to get back to stringing some wins together. And this is game is against a team that is neck-and-neck with the Flames in the wildcard race.

Dallas has won 5 of their last 6, they want to be in the playoffs too. It’s already a playoff race in the West, so this is a big game for us. Wondering who we will play in net.
Dallas is a team that worries me, because they seem to be able to neutralize the Flames strength in transition and slot penetration.
Seeing Ritchie inserted yet again into the top 9 is disheartening. This line up is desperately in need of another RW who can actually contribute. Pavelski would be an amazing addition but I'd be very surprised if Dallas calls it on this season and sells off.
Mangiapane seems to be improving his play. He's such a good player when he's involved, so here's hoping he has a long run of consistent play.
This would be an excellent win if they can get it.
Is he? What did I miss? I had assumed nothing has changed and he's still on the 3rd line with Lucic and Backlund?
Yes this is what I’m referring to. He’s playing with two solid veterans. He hasn’t done anything to continue to get that opportunity IMO but given the team’s lack of depth at F they have no other option. And he’s blowing it
Big game, given our current standings (and ignoring the point percentage). Stars are directly competing with us for a wild card spot, and if we lose today, they jump frog us.
